The Fire Safety Audit is an examination of the premises and all relevant documents to determine how the premises are being managed regarding fire safety. The auditor may also talk to members of staff to confirm their level of fire safety awareness. An audit is not an assessment of risk, but a compliance review of the fire safety provisions within the premises.

Lawton Fire Consultancy can conduct an independent, impartial and thorough audit on your existing fire precautions to demonstrate if the responsible person has complied with their statutory duty. The audit will review fire safety management policies/strategies, maintenance records and staff training records.

An audit of your premises will then be undertaken and you will be receive a comprehensive written report detailing any shortcomings, areas of good practice and any recommended actions to achieve statutory compliance.
